PRICING & OTHER INFORMATION
The following pricing is typical, and will vary depending on menu choices, event and guest count.
Drop-off meals and dinner kits ( 6pp minimum) : $40-$60 per person
Buffet or Family Style: $60-$100 per person
Plated course presentations: $90-$120 per person
Smaller family meals, drop-offs, or less formal affairs are charged accordingly at an hourly rate. Menu choices affect chef labor, shopping time, ingredients, etc.
At your convenience, an appointment will be made to review your kitchen and discuss all of the details of your event. Appetizer/cocktail hour, service times, plate wear, linens, seating, music and lighting will all be discussed.
Your chef and server will create an ambiance of elegant dining, showcasing your dining room and fine decor. All of your personal touches are welcome. RCC hopes to make the day of your party effortless so that you may enjoy your guest/family time.
Your private chef begins the day shopping for the best ingredients from local markets. Professional waitstaff arrive pre-dinner to set table, arrange bar service, and greet your guests warmly. Service is completed in timely fashion, and your dining room and kitchen are left clean as if never there.
We apologize that we cannot supply alcohol. RCC can provide bartenders as needed, and a sommelier is available, upon request, for wine presentations.
Tax and gratuity is always included within total, and there are no extra charges for “staffing” or “chef fee”.
A 30% deposit* is required to hold your event dates.
*Cancellation policy: 30% of menu price charged if cancelled under 72 hours.
*High demand holiday dates require a non-refundable 30% deposit.
